Our company has approximately 350 employees. Total investment is USD 12 million. Our company covers an area of 40,000 square meters. Morgan Hardware is one of the global leaders in manufacturing high strength bolts and screws in China. Our company has a full series of manufacturing machines and precision testing/inspection equipment for automatic fasteners. ERP system has been built up for our management. It includes bills of raw materials, engineering, capacity, work-flow management and quality control in every process of manufacturing.
The materials are carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel. The most common grades are Grade 5 and Grade 8 in inch products, as well as Grade 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9 in metric products. Most materials are available with a variety of coatings or plating to enhance corrosion resistance. Our company is also specialized in manufacturing special parts as per customers' requirements. At present, the annual output of our company has reached 12,000 tons.
Our company also continually extends 24-hour continuous bright hardening quenching furnaces to fully control all heat treatment processes in houses. Morgan Hardware was certified to ISO9001:2000 in 2003, QS9000 in 2004, TS16949 in 2006 and ISO14001 in 2010. Every day, Morgan delivers millions of TUZ head socket cap screws and hex cap screws to customers in global markets.
